Managed skill fully all cases in ICU like Acute coronary syndromes, MI, CCF, severe LV dysfunction, HOCM and medical cases like fever, septic shock, ARF, CKD, COPD, ARDS, Cirrhosis, hepatic failure, coagulopathies, electrolyte metabolic disorders, poisoning, and various poly trauma CVA, IC bleed, intracranial aneurysms etc
